Bas De Jong

Bas is the Managing Director of Combifloat Systems B.V who began his career in the industry in the mid 70’s with an American engineering company called Fluor. Following this, Bas joined a heavy lift operator called Wijsmuller Transport which eventually merged into Dockwise where he was appointed Commercial Director for several years.
Bas joined Combifloat in 1999 after running a shipyard in Norway for a year. Combifloat’s expertise lies in supplying marine equipment in shallow water areas. Combifloat operates globally with a Head Office based in Rotterdam, and support from offices in Dubai, and an operation facility in the Middle East, as well as Poland.
