My career has combined two of my great interests, the sea & all things marine, and engineering & design. Having studied and worked in various aspects of both I have a broad range of experience to call upon and develop. The industry is niche and continually evolving, I enjoy the innovation and problem‐solving challenges that arise from supporting a multitude of clients and projects. Current role is Operations Director at Red7Marine, responsible for the management of the companies’ fleet of ten self‐elevating jack up barges and additional floating vessels. This includes all aspects of the day to day running and operation of the vessels, from client liaison, estimation, pre‐project planning, delivery, logistics, mobilisation, crewing and labour, maintenance, and continued project support.
